To help us provide timely appointments for all our patients, we kindly ask that you give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.

Key Points

  • 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or appointment change.
  • The first missed appointment or late cancellation within a rolling 12-month period will result in a friendly reminder of this policy.
  • Any subsequent missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) within the same 12-month period will result in one appointment being deducted from your annual Practice Plan entitlement.
  • Patients may choose to pay the applicable missed appointment fee instead. In this case, the appointment will not be deducted from their annual entitlement, and full Practice Plan benefits will be retained.

We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. By providing adequate notice when you are unable to attend, you enable us to offer appointments to other patients awaiting care and help us maintain the highest standard of service for all.
