Treatment
Profhilo is delivered using ultra-fine needles into strategic areas of your face and/or neck for even diffusion and maximum effect. Each session typically takes around 15–30 minutes depending on areas treated.
Results
Once administered, the product gets to work instantly in your skin. Results are typically seen after your second session, but you may notice some changes sooner.
Maintenance
Effects can last for several months, with periodic follow-up sessions recommended to maintain a refreshed look.
Frequently asked questions
We recommend an initial course of two treatments, spaced around four weeks apart, for the best results. After this, top-up Profhilo injections every six months will help to maintain your results.
Hydration effects can be noticed quickly, with fuller improvements showing after around four weeks. A second treatment is often recommended at this point, and this will continue to hydrate the skin for up to 18 months.
We recommend avoiding wearing make-up for at least 12 hours after treatment. This just gives the small marks time to heal properly. We will always give you personalised aftercare instructions, and welcome you to get in touch if you have any questions.
Profhilo involves a small number of injections using fine needles. Discomfort is minimal and short-lived, with no anaesthetic usually required.
