At Hurst Dental Practice, we aim to provide high-quality care and manage appointment availability fairly for all patients.
A deposit is required to secure all dental treatment appointments of 30 minutes and over.
The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking and will be deducted from the cost of treatment. Deposits may be lost if appointments are missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours unless exceptional circumstances.
Please note that appointment times are not guaranteed until any required deposit has been received.
We require at least 48 working hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange appointments. You will incur a charge and/or loss of deposit, if above not adhered to.
Cancellations should be made by calling the practice on 01273 832209. If practice is closed, voicemail can be left.
